Cleansing, moisturizing and even pigmentation - all these masks you can do at home.

In childhood we all enjoyed porridge. Someone was not pulled away from the plate by the ears, some parents regaled through force. It is known that the work of the stomach and the whole body of cereal have a downright magical effect. However, with their help, you can take care of appearance. From the cereals you can easily make a lot of useful face masks.

Masks from semolina

Semolina contains minerals, fatty acids, potassium and vitamins PP, E, B9, B2, B1 and E, which is an excellent antioxidant and protects our cells from aging.

Cleansing mask

Mix two tablespoons of semolina with egg white with egg white. Gently rubbing into the skin, apply to the face with a thin layer. After 15 minutes, rinse with warm water.

Mask for dry skin

Thoroughly mix a teaspoon of semolina with a tablespoon of preheated kefir. Massaging the skin, apply on face and leave on face for 5 - 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Mix the flesh of one kiwi with 10 grams of semolina, add 7 drops of retinol. Apply to skin for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Mask for dry skin

Mix 15 g of warm semolina with 5 g of sour cream and 3 drops of mint essential oil. Apply for 30 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Barley Masks

Barley porridge - a real storehouse of usefulness. It contains potassium, calcium, phosphorus, bromine, iron, zinc, copper, nickel, cobalt, manganese, molybdenum, strontium, chromium, iodine, vitamins A, E, B, PP, D, K.

Mask for tonus

Crush 50 g of barley into flour. Mix with egg white, a tablespoon of tomato juice and a drop of chamomile or calendula essential oil. Apply for 20 minutes and rinse with cool water.

Wrinkle mask

Crush 50 g of barley into flour and add chamomile decoction.Should get a little thick gruel. Apply for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Nourishing mask

Mash boiled water barley and apply on face for 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Mask for oily skin

Mix 50 g of boiled pearl barley and egg white with a couple of drops of sandalwood essential oil with a mixer. Apply for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Rice masks

In rice, a useful product. It contains carbohydrates, iodine, selenium, zinc, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium and vitamins B3, PP, B1, B2, B6, E and N.

Lotion for freckles and pigmentation

2 tablespoons of rice, pour 1.5 cups of cold water, let it brew for two hours and strain. In rice water, add 2 tablespoons of cranberry juice and mix. Wipe the skin at bedtime for two weeks.

Mask for dry skin

Soak a handful of rice in a glass of warm water, let it brew for several hours and strain. Add a tablespoon of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese to rice water. Apply on face for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Mask for oily skin

Grind 50 grams of rice into flour. Add 15 g cottage cheese, 15 ml apricot kernel oil, 10 ml of lemon juice. Soak the mask for 10 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Oatmeal Masks

Hercules is one of the most healthy cereals. It contains vitamins B, C, A, E, PP, as well as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, silicon, iodine and zinc.

Cleansing mask

Grind a tablespoon of rolled oats in a coffee grinder and mix with egg white and five drops of lemon juice, whipped to cool foam. Soak on face for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Universal mask

Grind a tablespoon of rolled oats into flour and mix with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Add a tablespoon of tomato pulp and mix everything thoroughly. Soak on face for 20 minutes and rinse with cool water.

Mask for oily skin

A tablespoon of rolled oats in a boiling water. In porridge add a teaspoon of clay and a couple of drops of tea tree oil. Stir and apply on face. Keep until completely dry, and then rinse with warm water.

Nourishing mask

Pair a tablespoon of rolled oats in milk, add the yolk and a teaspoon of olive oil.Apply to skin for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Moisturizing mask

Pair a tablespoon of cereal with hot milk, add a teaspoon of honey and castor oil. Soak for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Lifting mask

In a tablespoon of ground oatmeal, add a teaspoon of yeast and milk. You need to get a thick paste. Apply the mask for 15 minutes and rinse with cold water.

Masks from buckwheat

Buckwheat contains a lot of utilities, including iron, amino acids, boron, fluorine, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, iodine, honey, cobalt and molybdenum. Porridge also has vitamins PP, E, B1, B2 and B9.

Mask for sensitive skin.Grind 15 g of buckwheat into flour, mix with 5 g of clay and pour 25 ml of kefir. Apply the mixture to your face, soak for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Nourishing mask

Mix ground buckwheat with a teaspoon of honey, yolk and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix everything and then apply on face. Soak for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Buckwheat peeling

Grind 2 tablespoons of buckwheat and mix with 3 tablespoons of cherry juice. Apply on face and massage. Rinse with cool water.

Face powder

Mix 10 g of ground buckwheat, 5 g of psyllium herb and bring to the consistency of cream with mineral water. Apply on face and wash off after 3 minutes. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Mask for swelling

Crush half an avocado in mashed potatoes, add 15 g of boiled buckwheat and 5 drops of grapefruit essential oil. Apply a mask and soak for 20 minutes, and then rinse with cold water.
