For their preparation you will need the following ingredients:

  • One kilo of fish fillet;
  • 150 grams of butter;
  • Several chicken eggs;
  • Crackers for breading;
  • One kilogram of potatoes;
  • 150 grams of sunflower oil;
  • 300 grams of bread;
  • Greenery;
  • Salt pepper.

Fish fillet should be cut into medium slices and beat. On each of these pieces of fish you need to put a little cream and greens. Then the fish piece should be rolled up, dipped in an egg and rolled in breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan with the addition of sunflower oil, until tender. Sprinkle with greens on top and serve on slices of toasted bread.
