Cottage Cheese Casserole with Raisins
You will need
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 250 ml of fruit syrup;
- - 100 g of raisins;
- - 75 g of butter, sugar, sour cream;
- - 50 g of semolina;
- - 1 egg;
- - a little vanilla;
- - butter, crackers ground for a form.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Curd mince. Melt the butter, pour into the cottage cheese. Add egg, sugar, semolina, salt and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
Add the washed seedless raisins to the curd. Leave for 1 hour.
Grease a form or a frying pan with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the curd mass with raisins into it.
Level the surface, smear it with sour cream, drizzle with oil.
Bake dessert 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
Curd casserole with raisins should be served hot, watered with sour cream or fruit syrup.
