Chocolate Pancake Cake

Chocolate Pancake Cakeis a recipe.


  1. 1.2 st. flour;
  2. baking soda 1 tsp.;
  3. 0.5 st. sugar;
  4. salt 0.2 tsp;
  5. cocoa 4 tbsp. l.;
  6. vegetable oil 4.5 tbsp. l.;
  7. vanilla extract 2 tsp.;
  8. Milk 1.5 Art.;
  9. cream 35-40% 1 tbsp;
  10. Sugar 4 tbsp. l.;
  11. melted milk chocolate 90g.


Mix flour, soda, cocoa, sugar and salt. Add vegetable oil, vanilla and milk. Heat the pan, grease or oil and pour about a quarter cup of dough into the center. When bubbles appear, turn the pancake over. When the pancakes are ready and finally cool, beat the cream with sugar and grease them pancakes, forming a cake. Decorate with cream and fruit residues. Pour melted chocolate.
