Can sushi be pregnant?
Sushi is a very popular dish all over the world, and, more recently, it is considered fashionable, and, in Russia. Both old and young indulge themselves in sushi. Sometimes, not a single weekend, at a young company, passes without this treat. Some cook them at home, while others go to special sushi bars. But, if a girl became pregnant, and sushi remained her favorite dish, the question arises: to eat or not to eat? There are several opinions on whether sushi can be pregnant. After all, as you know, with the advent of pregnancy, the girl must limit herself in many ways so as not to harm the unborn child.
There are two opposing views on this. It is better for pregnant women to give up Japanese cuisine - so say opponents of the dilemma about whether sushi can be eaten by pregnant women. They argue for their position that in raw fish, which is used in most Japanese dishes, there may be worms or other parasites. Since the body is weakened during pregnancy, the parasites can make you feel worse and harm the fetus. As a rule, worms absorb nutrients from the human body, and, thus, parasitize, do not give the fetus to fully develop, and the expectant mother must live a normal life. Infection from worms cannot damage the placenta, but it, through blood, poisons the body of a pregnant woman and provokes problems of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, and, sometimes, other organs (brain, eyes).
Defenders of Japanese delicacies say that if you want, you can do it. Pregnant sushi will not be harmed, say American obstetrician-gynecologists, because when frozen for 24 hours, all bacteria are killed in fish. And, there is still an opinion that parasites are contained only in sushi with the addition of lofolatilus meat, sharks, swordfish and mackerel. And, so, it is possible quite a few times a week to feast on sushi. But stop! Where is the guarantee that the restaurant, where you will go to unwind with your girlfriends, buys frozen fish and adheres to all sanitary standards when cooking it?
Naturally, it is also impossible to refuse to use fish to pregnant women, because it contains healthy fats and amino acids. But, take care of your health and life of the future baby, and make your choice consciously.
