For the preparation of blancmange cottage cheese you will need:
0.5 cups of milk;
1 sachet (15 g) of gelatin;
1 packet (10 g) of vanilla sugar;
250 g of cottage cheese;
0,5 glasses of sour cream;
0.5 cups of powdered sugar;
2 pineapple ringlets (or other fruits). You can take strawberries
Dissolve gelatin in milk and leave for swelling for 20 minutes.
Curd mix with powdered sugar, sour cream and vanilla sugar in a lush homogeneous mass.
Pineapple rings (in our case, berries) cut into slices.
Gelatin heated to a hot state, but do not boil.
Gently pour the gelatin into the curd mass, mix thoroughly. Add pineapple pieces (berries) and mix again.
Put the mass in the form (or in portioned forms) and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
